Hello, I’m Bryan Jones—a real estate broker, investor, entrepreneur, and proud family man with roots in Dyersburg, Tennessee. My journey began humbly in Christie’s Trailer Park, where I grew up with my two brothers. Raised by a hardworking single mother who tirelessly worked 12-hour days to provide for us, I learned early on the value of honesty, integrity, and unrelenting passion in pursuing my goals. These principles have guided me throughout my life and career.

Personal Life

The most important people in my life are my wife, high school sweetheart, and greatest supporter, Tiffany Jones, and our two incredible sons, Kallen and Oliver Jones. Coaching my boys in baseball has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, teaching me invaluable lessons in teamwork, dedication, and work ethic.

When I’m not immersed in work, I love cruising with my family, consuming hours of podcasts and audiobooks, and indulging in my passion for stock and crypto trading. A fun fact about me: before entering real estate, I was a police officer. It was after buying my first home—a chaotic process that I surprisingly thrived in—that I found my passion for real estate. Encouraged by my sales agent, I got my license and connected with a mentor whose guidance continues to shape my success.

Professional Achievements

Today, I am the primary listing agent for Dyad Real Estate and Property Management, where we proudly manage over $75 million in assets. As a solo agent, I’ve achieved the incredible milestone of selling over 300 homes annually! At Dyad, we pride ourselves on our innovative systems, exceptional team, and low-cost management services, which truly set us apart.

Our vision is ambitious yet achievable:

• In 3–5 years, we plan to expand statewide, managing over $100 million in assets.

• In 10 years, our reach will extend to surrounding states, managing $250 million in assets.

Educational and Professional Foundations

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which laid the groundwork for building the systems and organization that drive Dyad Real Estate. I believe in continuous learning and personal growth, reading at least one book per month from authors like Grant Cardone, Robert Kiyosaki, and David Greene, among others.

Leadership and Community Involvement

I’m deeply committed to giving back to my community. I’ve served on the board of directors for the local little league, as president of my homeowner’s association, and as a volunteer for the Maury County Republican Party. These roles reflect my belief in fostering strong communities and leading with purpose.
